Help & support
Do I need a subscription?
No. Zemer is free to use and accounts are free. You only pay for music you choose to buy: $1 per song, $10 per album, plus any applicable sales tax.
What do I get when I buy a song?
Unlimited full-length playback of that song inside Zemer, on any device where you sign in. Repeat listening never costs extra. Downloads and offline listening aren't available yet.
Why does a song stop after 20 seconds?
Songs you haven't bought play a 20-second preview (marked PREVIEW). Buy the song for $1 to hear it in full — it unlocks right away, even mid-playlist.
I already own a song. Will I be charged again?
No. Zemer won't let you add music you already own to checkout, and songs included in an album in your cart are removed automatically. If two checkouts ever overlap, the duplicate is refunded automatically.
My payment went through but the music isn't unlocked.
Music unlocks as soon as our payment provider confirms the payment, usually within seconds. Some payment methods take longer. You'll never need to pay twice — check Purchase history for the order status.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support with your order number from Purchase history. Refunded music is removed from your library.
Is the app in the App Store or Google Play?
Not yet. Zemer is a web app you can install on your home screen: on iPhone, tap Share → Add to Home Screen in Safari; on Android, tap the menu → Install app in Chrome. Native apps are planned and will use the same account and library.
How do artists get paid?
Each confirmed sale automatically sends 90% of the music price (minus payment-processing fees) to the artists' connected Stripe accounts, split by their accepted revenue agreements. Zemer keeps 10%.
How do I report a copyright problem?
Use the copyright report form.
