Terms of Use
Last updated October 14, 2026
Welcome to Zemer. By creating an account or using Zemer, you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them short and clear.
1. Your account
- Zemer is free to join. You need a valid email address, and you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
- Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
2. Buying music
- Songs are $1 and albums are $10, plus any sales tax.
- When you buy music, you can listen to it in full, as often as you like, in the Zemer app and website. You don't own the copyright, and you may not copy, share, or resell it.
- If you save a card, it's stored by our payment partner, Stripe, and charged only when you tap Pay.
- If a song is later taken down, you usually keep access to it. If we're legally required to remove it, we may refund you instead.
3. Radio and previews
Songs you haven't bought play as 20-second previews. Zemer Radio plays full songs chosen by us; you can pause but not pick or skip songs. Radio doesn't give you ownership of anything it plays.
4. Super Listener subscriptions
- Super Listener costs $5/month per artist and renews monthly until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime; you keep your perks until the end of the month you've paid for.
- Music you get through a subscription is only available while you're subscribed. Buy songs to keep them.
5. Refunds
Because music is available right away, purchases are generally final. If something went wrong, contact us and we'll help. Refunded music is removed from your library.
6. Using Zemer respectfully
Don't try to download or copy music outside of Zemer, get around previews or payments, harass anyone, or use Zemer for anything illegal. Messages to artists must be respectful. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Artists
If you upload music, you also agree to the Artist Agreement. You must own or have permission to sell everything you upload. Listeners can report content, and we may remove releases or ban accounts that break the rules.
8. Changes
We may update Zemer and these terms. If we make important changes, we'll let you know. Continuing to use Zemer means you accept the updated terms.
